Equipment & Usage

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

You’re welcome to bring your own clubs, or use ours at no extra cost. We offer a full range of options—including left-handed, right-handed, women’s, men’s, and children’s clubs—so everyone is covered.

Can beginners use the simulators, or is it only for experienced golfers?

Our golf simulators are designed for everyone—whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or seasoned pro. No matter your skill level, you’ll enjoy a realistic and engaging experience.

What is available to play in the simulators?

Our simulators feature a variety of interactive games, including golf, trap shooting, archery, bowling, football, fun carnival-style challenges and much more.

How long does a typical session last?

Guests can reserve their simulator in 1-hour blocks.

What are some tips for first-time golf simulator users?

If it’s your first time using a golf simulator, start by taking a few warm‑up swings to get comfortable with the space and screen. Choose a club you feel comfortable with and focus on smooth, controlled swings rather than full power right away. Don’t worry about perfection; simulators are designed to help you learn your distances, swing path, and tendencies. Lastly, explore the practice modes—they’re great for dialing in your swing before jumping into a full round.

What are your rates and how is pricing calculated?

Pricing is determined by the number of hours booked and varies for members and non-members.

Do you offer memberships or package deals?

We offer options for every golfer, including memberships, league play, and convenient non-member hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours, you’ll receive 50% back.

Groups & Events

Do you host leagues?

Yes, leagues are available and can be booked directly: HERE.

Can I book for a group, party, or event?

Absolutely! This space is perfect for Bachelor parties, birthday parties, corporate events, and even kids' parties. Call The Bank Shot to speak with a Customer Service Caddy to reserve.

Private events are available Saturdays and Sundays from 12–5 PM, with weekday bookings offered upon request. Events can be reserved for 2 to 5 hours, with pricing ranging from $600 for 2 hours to $1,500 for 5 hours. All beverage service must be provided exclusively through 42 North; The Vault, our dedicated on‑site bar operator.

What events are offered in collaboration with The Bank of East Aurora?

We are offering exclusive hourly simulator sessions available on wedding day only. Call The Bank Shot to speak with a Customer Service Caddy to reserve.

Hourly simulator sessions are available for preferred rate of $45 per hour, available on the morning of your wedding day. Each bay is powered by Full Swing Pro 2.0 technology and fits up to six players, making it the perfect spot to relax, compete, and celebrate with your guys before you say, ‘I do.’

Amenities & Atmosphere

What are your hours of operation?

The Bank Shot is open Sun-Thurs:10am-10pm, Fri-Sat: 10am-11pm.

The Vault - 42 North bar is open from Sun-Thurs: 4pm-10pm, Fri-Sat: 12pm-11pm.

Is food and drink available during my session?

Yes! We have an in-house bar by 42 North called The Vault, and offer menus from nearby restaurants for easy ordering. Plus, a dedicated food runner will be on-site to ensure quick and hassle-free delivery.

Is the environment family-friendly?

Yes! Guests of all ages are welcome and encouraged.

If all the simulators are booked, can I still come to hang out?

Yes, you are always welcome to hang out in The Lounge to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy the table games even if the simulators are fully booked.

Where is a good place to stay while visiting EA?
